Ill, But Not Sick

Bob came down with a bad flu or something yesterday and stayed home today, dressed in the garb of the ill, sleeping a lot and spending his rare awake-time on the internet.

With me here to water and feed him back to health, the toughest part of his day was remembering the correct word ("ill") to use when telling people that he wasn't feeling well. It's just natural for us Canadians to say that we're "sick" when we have a cold or flu, but here the verb "sick" means literally vomiting--which, thankfully, Bob wasn't!
